Hi class!!
Today, I want to talk about one important thing in life people. I talk about the advantatges to practise sport,I think that doing sport is very good for the health, because it prevents many illnesses. People shoult practise sport every day, like this(by this way) we can avoid the weight envelope and the obesity. Altough I belive that if we start to practice sport when you are small after, when you are adult you already entry in this routine of practice and practice sports. Practice sport has only adventatges and better if you do a sport of group because you will be able to mix and relation with people. I say this because I believe that the people nowadays not practice enough sport and if this change the health of people will improve. Finally, practice sport!!(preferably football or mountain bike.)Bye bye!!
